How orders are processed and delivered by Peptide Pro. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Dispatch timesOrders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 1 pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next working day.
2. Shipping methods and costsAll orders ship with tracked delivery: €6.95 in Ireland and €14.95 to other EU countries. Free shipping on orders over €100. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods.
3. Proof of deliveryIf the courier confirms delivery to the address given at checkout, we can’t offer a refund or replacement. If you think a parcel was scanned incorrectly, contact us and we’ll raise it with the courier.
4. TrackingYour tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
5. Shipping restrictionsYou are responsible for making sure research peptides can be legally imported into your country. We are not liable for parcels held by customs.
6. Shipping addressPlease check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately, before dispatch.
