Parcels are packed in a plain outer box with no reference to the contents. You receive a tracking number by email when the order is dispatched. Full details are on the delivery information page.
How ordering works
- Add products to your basket and go to checkout.
- Confirm that you are 18 or over and that the products are for research use only.
- Click Confirm order. You go straight to a secure SumUp payment page, in euro, where you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Once payment is confirmed, the order is packed and dispatched, usually the same or next working day.
There are no card surcharges. If you close the payment page, the order is held and we email you a link to finish paying.
Storage on arrival
Lyophilised peptides are stable for short periods at room temperature, so they come to no harm in the post. On arrival, move unopened vials to a freezer at −20 °C for long-term storage, or a fridge at 2–8 °C if they will be used within a few weeks.
